Aatrox Rework Thoughts Passive: Blood Well Cooldown 160/140/120/100

  • Enemy Units that die within Aatrox's presence will have their blood stored, casting spells and attacking also store blood. BloodWell will start to decay by 20% each second if Aatrox has not used an ability or has been out of combat for 3 seconds.
  • BloodWell Amounts: 100/200/300
    • Enemy Units that die give 10%
    • Attack Enemy Units grant 10%
      • So 10 hits for a full bar
        • Remember!!! Units that die also give 10% So last hitting 5 minions would give you 100%
    • Enemy Champions that die restore 60% of Aatrox's BloodWell
  • Upon reaching zero health, for 3 seconds Aatrox will go invulnerable and can cast: Q/W/E/R: Casts a bigger version of his "E" ability dealing more physical damage and slowing longer depending on BloodWell , if an enemy champion dies to this ability Aatrox will heal 30% of his life gaining a burst of movement speed, if no enemy champion dies to this then Aatrox dies.

    • Kinda like Zyra's old passive except it's not true damage
    • basically if he doesn't get the kill then he dies... • Passive goes on cooldown IF one of the spells is used
  • IF nothing is used within 3 seconds Aatrox will die, his passive will not go on cooldown. BloodWell now has five bars to indicate attack speed gained

    • Gold indicates that he has not yet hit the mark yet
    • White indicates he has one bar filled
    • Red indicates that his BloodWell is full

Q: Dark Flight Cooldown 16/14/12/10/8s -

  • Aatrox flies up into the air then dives down into an area dealing physical damage, knocking up enemies in the middle for 1 second. Knocking up champions will give Aatrox Hellbent granting him bonus attack damage and attack speed for 3 seconds. These stats are halfed if he misses. Physical base damage: 20/40/60/80/100 ---> lowered

    • Scales with 120% Attack Damage ---> increased Hellbent Bonuses:
    • Bonus attack damage: 25% of base attack damage
    • Bonus attack speed: 20/25/35/40/45% ---> lowered
    • Stores 20% of his BloodWell

    Cast Range: 750 ---> increased Effective Radius: 250 ---> increased Epicenter Radius: 100 ---> increased

W: Blood Thirst (Passive #1) -

  • Aatrox gains attack speed based on how much blood is in BloodWell. - Up to 50/55/60/65/70% max attack speed gained - 10/20/30/40/50% at ranked 1 ---> 50% - 11/22/33/44/55% at ranked 2 ---> 55% - 12/24/36/48/60% at ranked 3 ---> 60% - 13/26/39/52/65% at ranked 4 ---> 65% - 14/28/42/56/70% at ranked 5 ---> 70% • Your 3rd attack heals for a certain amount based on Attack Damage. Increases by 200% if under 50% health. - Base Heal: 20//35/50/65/80 - Attack Damage Healing Bonus: 10% of Attack damage

W: Blood Price (Active #2) Cooldown 8/7.5/7/6.5/6s -

  • Aatrox fills his BloodWell full and his attacks will deal physical damage plus 10% of the enemies current health for 4 seconds, each attack made will take 5% of his current health, he also retains the attack speed for the duration. After using this ability BloodWell will go back to 0%.

    *Activating this ability will also put the ability passive on cooldown as well _

E: Blades of Torment Cooldown 8/7/6/5/4s -

  • Aatrox slashes forward dealing physical damage in a triangular area slowing enemies. Hitting champions store an additional 20% of his BloodWell.
    • Physical base Damage: 80/110/140/170/200
      • Stores 20% of his BloodWell
      • Scales with 100% Bonus AD
    • Slow Amount: 30/35/40/45/50%

R: Massacre Cooldown 90/80/70s-

  • Aatrox draws the blood of champions in a radius dealing magic damage and absorbing their total attack damage, he then takes flight increasing his attack range for 12 seconds
    • Magic base Damage Amount: 200/300/400 magic damage
    • Attack Damage Absorption: 15/25/35%
      • 15% at ranked 1
      • 25% at ranked 2
      • 35% at ranked 3
    • Cast Range: 600 ---> increased
    • Bonus Attack Range: 180 ---> increased
    • Total Attack Range: 330 ---> increased

TTYL: Aatrox's passive seems nice but usually when you revive back from death you barely have anytime to do anything else (because most Aatrox players barely build tanky) item 3074 item 3153 item 3046 and your passive get's wasted,

Most Tanky Items would be but they are situational, except visage it's great for Aatrox item 3065 item 3742 item 3143item 3053 giving Aatrox Zyra's old passive can help him do damage even if he can't come back. They should definitely move Hellbent to Q's knockup it would make more sense and would push towards people actually hitting their knockups, increasing it's cast size and hit box would be good too, this is what i would most likely want to see. As for W i feel the toggle is great but it lacks situational use, most of the time you usually have W switched to healing when laning and then toggled to his empowered third attack when you want to trade. Percent health damage would of course put you in good terms with the latest champions like Camille Warwick Yorick Galio

I love playing tanky champions so percent health damage hurts ALOT VayneDrMundo

E can stay the same but it's cooldown should be lowered for late game, where Aatrox can barely do anything.

His Ultimate should absorb his enemies Attack damage just because he's great at dueling attack damage based champions and giving him a chance to "Turn The Tide" would be cool. summoner 3

These are my thoughts about Aatrox and his curent stage, i really enjoy playing Aatrox so i didn't want to overhaul everything in his kit, but wanted to keep in touch with it while improving certain abilities.
