Nautilus' Q Should Change!!! ( a bit ), More Mechanically Inclined!!!

Though Nautilus himself is an alright champion (and personally loving the champion and maining him for a long time), I feel as a though his Q ability should change (a bit) due to his quite linear gameplay.

My suggestion for this would be:

  • Nautilus throws his anchor forward damaging enemies and places itself on the ground/terrain, during the time that it's on the ground Nautilus can recast Q to pull his anchor back dragging enemies along the way

  • IF Nautilus' anchor hits terrain it will ALSO place itself down, during the time that it's stuck on terrain Nautilus can recast Q to drag himself to the terrain, knocking ASIDE and damaging enemies along the way, there's no mana or CD reduction with using this part of the ability (plan accordingly!)

*during the animation in which the anchor is stuck on the ground/terrain Nautilus will auto-attack with his other hand (like usual LOL)

  • Nautilus' Passive will not activate until he gets his anchor back

I felt like this would make a better ability especially since his Q right now feels like a hit or miss and really unsatisfying to use (looks clunky compared to Nautilus' model, mainly because it's quite fast).

I also feel like this would fit his theme by adding more "weight" to this current ability.

Thanks to Those that stop by and read this post :D

I would really love to see this in game someday or implemented at all

I really like this idea it would be great because it would make it feel more interactive, but, what would you do if you just leave the anchor on the ground?

I was thinking that nautilus would recast his Q automatically after 2 seconds and pull the anchor back to him. Like i stated in the discussion above if he doesn't cast his Q he would auto attack with his other arm until his anchor comes back to him, his passive is also unable to active during the time his anchor is down on terrain.
