Its just sad to see all the super shitty champs that you wish were good. Personally I hate the fact that Naut is picked so much its just a way to show how bad he is right now. Also anyone notice that no one gives ranged champs that aren't immobile..... thats a big indicator too of where the balance is at.
Until you realize that most people completely fail at "give the enemy team a bad comp" because they can't see beyond "supports are bad so give them supports" and then they get stomped by full AP Sona/Nami/Zilean. They also don't understand the reason some champs aren't bad (farm junglers do surprisingly well when they aren't playing against the 4 bruisers).
So far the most reliably bad team I've seen is 5 adcs that don't have AP offbuilds. No matter what they give you, dorans shield/tabi/thornmail/randuins on 3-4 people (with your Sona or Nami building full AP) will make them hate life.
Every time I've been given Nautilus in Nemesis Draft I've carried the game (slight hyperbole).
In my opinion he's really not that bad compared to some other champs... granted, I play him in lane rather than jungle.

The biggest surprises to me are Zyra and Karma. Both are lethal mages in their own right, with damage and support abilities for days. Every time I saw these two, the team with one of them almost always won due to how hard they can scale on AP and generally incapacitate/support at the same time. Another thing I never understood was why people banned Soraka, Sona, Janna, etc. Sure, I understand not wanting them, but of the supports to get, these ladies are some of the best with CC and heals to sustain and fight back very effectively. It baffles me how people don't know these champs well enough.
I certainly hope Riot uses the data from Nemesis to say what champions are really in trouble.
Note that it's not the unhealthy, intentionally undertuned champs. Nobody is stupid enough to give the opposing team Poppy or Veigar.

We gave full ADC before, including Graves, Lucian, Kalista and won that one.
I did nemesis draft twice. I was given Eve and Zyra. Two champions that I love.
Giving the enemy a meta comp with low tier champs is stupid.
You have to give them 5 similar champs: all squishies, all tanks, no cc, etc.
