Has anyone realised this?

Fiora's Q, is a damage dealing mobility spell, that is auto pilot (meaning riot does the work for her, she just presses Q in their general direction and riot makes it hit guaranteed) and it gets a CD reset, if it hits... What??

I mean, I know its so she's discouraged to use it for an escape, but still, wtf that makes 0 sense to me.

Of course people have realized this, it's basic. Also without the autohit mechanic, it'd be shit, it's used to make use of her passive

Then make its CD only reset if she actually hits a vital with it.

Make her E interact with vitals somehow too.

Her vitals are basically just something the enemy has to play against while Fiora herself just reaps the benefits with not much thought behind it.

Her E does interact with vitals, it's used to

  1. Slow for easier ult vital procs
  2. Reset AA for faster vital procs Her Q only resetting on vital hit would a good nerf, but only if they lower it's current non-reset cd by a large amount. Which would make missing Q so much less punishing, allowing her to get to lane faster if she could spare the mana. I don't believe the Q reset is the correct path if your intention is a nerf.

Fiora is meant to be punished with a long Q cooldown if she uses it as an escape or for general mobility. The cooldown reduction (reduction, not reset, important distinction) is not meant to be a "reward", its supposed to be standard, so it's not hard to get.
