Yes, but he has extremely high skill-indexing of the sort that simply means: "You have to practice a fucking lot."
For reference, his Bronze stats are 46% win-rate & 4% play-rate. Then his Master+ stats are ≈53% win-rate & ≈12% play-rate. Really big difference when it comes to skill level.
