has 1.4-1.5 ap scaling with shield, stun and slow. you cant see the charge up if she is showing as another champ. it is 2 much, riot you have to change it

They will eventually. Virtually every single champ that is newly reworked or released is supremely overtuned, so that people are more enticed to acquire it, ideally via Riot Points, or enticed to purchase skins. Do you remember how very very powerful Zoe was on her initial release? Riot knew how strong she was upon release. She was easily deleting health bars without being fed. There is not a shadow of a doubt.
