no punishments for trolls and feeders resulted at everyone quitting game

after every win i have a teammate that just opens lane, goes to other lanes or comes jungle and try to farm my jungle or ruin game, or someone that AFK and dont play after being 0/2 in lane thinks that being solo laned is his team fault ? and the problem is here :

1. Riot dont punish trolls or feeders at all, i mean at all, there is even not a way to report that some one opened lane, if someone have 50farm in 20 min should get punished, lock their ranked games ? dont let shit come and ruins my ranked experience ? if someone is 1/11 lock their rank games ? is it acceptable for riot that someone is being 1/11 or opening lane ? it seems yes because there is only one option to report someone for giving up and opening lane and they never ban them. i didnt get one single feedback for reports, because they just dont do it, play games and go 1/11 every single game u will not get banned , play games and get 50 farm in 30 min (obviously afk or open) and u will not get punished
2. Riot dont punish trolls or feeders and u cant too ! if you want say something and insult the sh!t that ruined your game you are being punished !! he will play more games but u will get chat restricted and lose access to rewards and cRash (clash btw)

so i mean i cant say fuc ur play u suc trash dont play ranked and RIOT games will not do anything to punish that guy, it is super easy, before letting people playing ranked, when you show players about AUTO FILL, say them if they get low amount of farm or their KDA is less than 0.25 they are being punished and get their ranked games locked, for day or force them play normal games before letting them jump in ranks i will never play this shit again, 0 fun and only reason to play that is compete is not there, 0 solo carry potential to carry the shit that opens mid

put 500$ on my account but not just adversited it for 120$ in lol smurfs, if u want it check it out with nice skins and emotes, just want join my friends on other games where u are not playing with 4 other player that one of them is scrub troll feeder every two game.

ask ur friends to +1 if they quit or qutting or suffering from this fact ^ unplayable game , i mean it is not even game, i enjoy studying more, everyone is hating on game in utube and twitch, this is shit , if i cant insult the trash that ruins my game u should punish them, if i cant do both i just throw ur game in trash bin where game deserves it +1 so trash feeders that will come and -1 the post will not get this post down.

NOTE : I tried to hold the lane of pantheon, but i was getting +4 gold i mean there is when u put ur account on sell, trash game ;)
