Is riot ever going to adress how unfair udyr actually is right now?

This isnt a one off thing that caused me to create this post. Udyr is in a position right now where no matter how far behind you are you can still completely control games. Split push if you're that far behind because you can still 1v1 any champion. You cant kite him unless hes completely out of mana which with how season 8's been going so far you know thats not going to happen any time soon.

Last match specifically, was going tankier on kayn and a tank udyr with tri force tiamate flash auto'd me for 700 damage. Why is this allowed? All around he has way too much utility even if behind and way too much snowballing if he gets ahead. I have in all my years playing league, seen an udyr do bad maybe once or twice due to being first time and even then they just split push

I looked at your last game.

When it closed out Udyr had a rock solid 5,000 gold lead on you. Additionally, your idea of going "tanky" on Kayn was.. Spirit Visage. You technically had death's dance as well, but that's a damage redistribution rather than mitigation. You didn't even have Tabi.

Given Udyr's items: Getting smacked for 700 damage considering he had tri force and Tiamat, and probably maxed Q first, isn't exactly ground breaking. Auto + active could pretty predictably deal that damage, and isn't in the realm of broken. This specific case looks like mostly just like udyr getting insanely ahead and you building to counter AP.

I do hope you realize triforce gives hp, He also never finished tiamate. He build tabi's and frozen heart and was working towards frozen mallet. Claim what you will but when the udyr has 150 armor and 4k health im going to classify it as a tank

150 armor is basically most melee champs with a single armor item and Triforce doesn't exactly give tank levels of bonus hp. Udyr was building bruiser-ish but not going anything resembling full tank.
