Varus' e

I was thinking we could speed up the animation a bit, i mean damn, by te time i press it and it lands, i could have recalled to base. takes forever. its really annoying when you're being chased. as pressing the slow could get you killed by the time it lands? the cooldown is super high especially in earlier, so missing it really hurts
