one example why Poppy nerf is unfair imo

Compare Malphite to Poppy, since both are "tank fighters".. Why is it that malph's ult has 400 base damage with 100% AP scaling when post nerf Poppy's ult does a mere 200 base damage with a laughable 45% AD scaling. How is this remotely balanced? What is the point to pick Poppy over Malph? IF the devs actually read what they put as their reason for the poppy nerf:

"On the other hand, her snapcast ultimate brings enough base damage to create kill pressure of her own, and make it dangerous to go all in. We’re hitting her power in both places to give more champions an opportunity to fight her."

Why is it then okay for malph a tanky champ to have a (in my opinion a better ultimate in every way) far superior scaling? At least be consistent in your philosophy for nerfs..

Finally, why not just nerf (like they are in the PBE) colossus and THEN SEE HOW SHE PREFORMS? That would be more logical.

Poppy's ult was meant to be a CC ability / teamfight warping ability that can change a 5v5 in to a 5v3.

Instead, she's using the snapcast to get extra damage and CC in a kit that's already overloaded with it, to bully in lane.

She's actually a strong laner, and scales harder than just about anyone else - in to an unkillable tank.

She needed BIG nerfs. I mean, most people who play her are really bad at her and still do well. Every poppy you see makes mistake after mistake and can't be punished because she was simply too tanky and had too much 1v1 potential. She needs to pay for her super scaling late game.

Poppy has percent health damage meaning she builds full tank and does damage. Her W also scales insanely well.

Malphite does not have any of this.

Probably because Malphite's ult is literally his entire kit. His ult is the only reason to ever pick him. Poppy's kit offers much more than just her ult. She's constantly a threat with strong utility, damage, and innate tankiness that even without her ult she is still a massive threat.

Her ult damage is honestly the least dangerous thing about her. I don't think they're taking all of her damage away just from her ult. Also if they nerfed Malphite's ult he'd literally have no point in being played most likely, because his ult damage is the only real damage that he comes with. If they nerfed it, the only reason to ever pick Malph afterward would be if there was MissFortune Yasuo on his team.
