Revert the yorick nerf and replace it with something else

Seriously, playing this champion currently is like shooting yourself in the foot in plat+.

I understand he needed some sort or nerf for low elo and riot mentioned he was preforming too well in high elo. (which simply is not true but whatever)

But nerfing his ghouls which are the majority of his damage was the wrong way to do it.

I'm not even exaggerating, I just played a game vs Yas top getting harassed for almost every last hit I tried to go for and finally after setting up 4 graves and landing the E... WHICH BY THE WAY LANDING SUCH A SMALL SKILL SHOT ON YAS SHOULD BE A HUGE OUTPLAY AND BE REWARDED AS SUCH and...... Nothing happens.

Next to no damage at all. Ghouls are fucking worthless untill like lvl 14 but by then the game is lost or won 90% of the time.

Yorick's big play making opportunities are around lvl 6/7 and lvl 11 ish(first item) and that's were his damage was hit the hardest and it feels terrible.

I'm setting here playing a champion that requires so much set up and certain scenarios to reach maximum performance and I'm left wondering why. Why take the time getting harassed while farming Qs and then having to land 2 skill shots to just get out traded anyways vs champs that have mobility/ more damage/ CC/ not gated behind BS mechanics.

What is the trade off here? No mobility, no hard cc, gated situational damage, and a 160 sec ult CD for???¿??? What... Nothing. His damage when it matters is pathetic.

I'm almost at 1 million Mastery points on the champion with 500 ranked games this season and considering not playing ranked anymore because it's just not worth it.

Find another way to nerf him and revert the ghoul damage. As it's his identity and main source of damage.

And don't feed me that "AI minions are better at low elo shit" this nerf almost did nothing to Low ELO yorick and disproportionately effected high.

TL;DR

On the massive post on reddit about this subject the highest rated yorick main sums up my thoughts well...

"Yorick currently feels like he's been permanently exhausted"

Fix this shit.

They need to buff his ghouls and nerf his q so he isn't just playing nasus, his ghouls are the main gimmick of his kit and they are so weak, they get oneshot even if you go full tank and they still do almost no damage even if you go full ad.

(and im not talking about the ghouls when you leave them to splitpush, im aware they get debuffed, im talking about your ghouls after you trap someone in your W and you land your E on them)

They just killed the champion for me. Its not only the fact he is unfairly weak pre 11, but also he isnt a necromancer anymore. He was supposed to have most of his damage in his pets, not to be shit version of melee malzahaar. Now you cant really trade in lane. Even tanks outdamage you in short and long trades. The only way of playing him is to just survive lane phase with the Qs sustain and wait till 13-14 to begin a splitpush, moment when most of games are already decided, so you are just coinfliping the entire early by picking yorick. If i wanted to have that playstile i would just get tardchamps like maokai or malphite. Ill just stop playing this game until they fix my champion. I hope after worlds they begin doing their fucking job.

Riot nerfed yorick because they think low elo can't handle yorick. Yet low elo still don't know how to play against him. You don't nerf something because someone don't know how to play against it.
