Champ Select Trading

What if @RIOT allowed people to trade during the selection process.

I main support and have 1st pick. 8th pick wants wants Ekko I pick Ekko for for him. When 8th pick comes up I can trade for his pick. That way he doesn't need to own my Thresh.
