Literally any hard cc/aoe ability on here is unbelievably broken, malph being the main one i see being abused a lot. A ban system would help this but something along the lines of the old one so not everything too op would be perm banned. Just my two cents from what I've experienced already

He may not be strong, but he's useful to the team in the long run. Most people (me included) don't buy sweepers in that map and so his shrooms can tilt the fights in your favor. There was a game where we won only because the Teemo's shrooms gave us a health advantage, he's also pretty annoying to play against as Yi.
