Ezreal needs a serious change

Ezreal's E have been the ability, that can just instantly tilt me, it's the first ability to take the spot over Darius overtuned passive. I beg, i plead, i suffer. I just really want Ezreal's E got such absurd amount of damage, it prioritizes champions and it got huge target range. The thing that tilt's me the most with it is that IT TARGETS INVISIBLE UNITS
