I main Twitch 180+ games
I actually like the changes.
Let me give you my reasoning:
Q changes -
Now Camouflages Twitch for 10/11/12/13/14 seconds instead of stealthing for 4/5/6/7/8. Bonus Movement speed lowered to 10% from 20% Stealth speed now 1 second from 1.5-4.5s based being hit. [NEW] Now triples movement speed bonus when near enemy champions who can not see him.
Twitch is about getting in, getting kills and getting out before the enemy team knows wtf is going on and I believe that these changes help Twitch do that. First of all, 6 SECONDS increase to invisibility per level. THAT IS FOREVER in terms of League. You may lose a bit of movement speed, but on the flip side, when invisible you can maneuver around them so much faster. (If you are a twitch main and have not played with a detection area, go practice with eve. It's not that bad (In fact, i think the detection box will make me better with twitch because i will be less reckless (I can't tell you how many times I have been sneaking around only to have their blitzcrank drop a pink at the worst possible time and blow me up.))) - TRIPLE PARENTHESES
The speed at which you stealth is now ONLY 1 SECOND regardless of when you were last hit. Did you just get a kill and are really low and their jgler shows up? Outsmart him and Invis away.

W changes -
Now leaves a zone on the ground for 3 seconds, adding poison over time and slowing those in it: Adds stack of Deadly Venom (P) on hit. Adds an additional stack of Deadly Venom (P) each second while in cloud.
WTF this is OP. Morgana-Twitch lane is now EVEN more cancerous than before. It also helps Twitch jg out a LOT. Need I go on?

Spray and Pray (R) - renamed "Spray and Pray" from "Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat". HALLELUJAH

**Ghost Blade **- Good riddance to the attack speed bonus. It was boring to build on Twitch anyway. EVERY GAME...

Lasts for 10 seconds. (45 second cooldown) (Can move while channeling, but taking samage breaks the channel)
That is freaking awesome if they are CC heavy.

Most of the Assassin items now give BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED OUT OF COMBAT. There is your Q movement speed right back in to your stats. (out of combat of course)
I think Twitch has way more potential to be more dynamic in his builds. No more just GB-Hurricane-Berserkers-IE-Dominick-(Situational) Now you have more fun to chose from.
Anyway, this Twitch main is excited. I would go play him in PBE... but I am too busy trying to get to gold...... SILVER 1 50LP ARGH
