"Win a game with Blitz on either team"
This has to be the most pain in the balls quest of this whole event. He's pretty much perma-banned in draft, and he's nowhere in blinds. This sucks.

Sounds like you can easily fix the blinds issue if you could bear to drop your carry role for a game or two.
Play a bot game? Unless a mission specifically states pvp, you can do it in other modes.
then play him yourself in a blind pick. whats the problem?
even if you dont want to play support, you can play him jungle or top lane bruiser (max w and take fervor).
you can even run him full ap into mid lane or some shit.
people dont generally do it, but blitz can actually be viable in a lot of positions. especially since its just normals.

On another note: there's no reason to act shitty to other people because you don't own him. We don't know it, You didn't put him in your post, and he's a whopping 3150 ip.

veigar one was alot harder to get done. lucky i just won a game were the enemy went veigar support.

I had the same issue with the Malzahar/Ziggs quests of the same type. I don't own them, and they're not played often. At least with the Kayn mission set they did a week ago-ish Kayn was on the free-to-play rotation so it didn't really matter if you owned him or not.
I just went into a bots game with a friend who did own Malz... and someone else played Ziggs at random. Whew.
Now I just need to win any game with Brand and Blitz.
you could always ask your support, I had a veigar who needed this mission and he asked me i didnt mind and helped him out.. Hopefully youre support is nice enough
Go into blind and play him yourself?
Blitz main and got him through draft and even when he's not banned or get him in blind you get games where your team just does thing that make you want to stick your dck in a blender on puree afterwards. The Veigar one is more annoying to get a win with.

I see Blitzcrank quite frequently in blind since people ban him in draft.
