ELISE FINALLY GOT SOME ATTNETION

Yea those buffs are actually pretty good to. I think she might lose a little sustain in the jungle for her early game but she will gain a lot more damage and sustain in the late game. Which is great, because she really needed some thing to help her late out imo.

Also I'm wondering if we'll see some people trying out AD Elise. I've been wanting and trying to do it for a while but she just didn't feel like she had the sustain to really do much with it. Maybe with the higher sustain and on-hit damage she'll get, AD Elise will be more viable.

I like the fact that she is getting some tweaks but i loved the heal on jungle elise's w it helped so much with the early game enabling almost a full clear.
