Qyiana and bot lane water fall
Umm so I happened to notice that if you target the bot lane waterfall it makes it wall. Um no that's water love. How is it that Riot misses such small details. Dude fix it.

River. For whatever balance/thematic reason, the water-based enchantment only pulls from the river, not artistic water decorations in/around the walls.
"Fountains" also are not considered water.
