is literally only viable on one champion. 
I thought league usually tried to stray away from having an item be only viable on one champion before, like they did when they removed Will of The Ancients which was only viable on like 3 champions ( or just bring WoTA and other items that are only viable on a few champions back so it doesn't matter if an item is only viable on a few champs and yes this is a little biased because I main

Just add cdr like archangel and i promise it will get used more. Or raise the ad ratios on ap champs that have them.
Manamune is an item designed to cater primarily to AD champions in need of mana, which I think raises the question: which champions fit that niche? If there are more champions besides Ezreal who would like a mana-heavy AD item, then Manamune deserves a rework to fit more among the roster. If, however, Ezreal is the only one concerned, or if the niche is already being satisfied better by items like Sheen, Essence Reaver, etc., then it might just be better to remove the item.
