Err.. Support ticket?

I cant submit a support ticket! Help, yikes. I've been having problems that I wanted to report but riot legit would let me submit a ticket. My email is even verified. It only tells me I dont have acces to submitting a ticket. It says my email aint verified but it is :s what do I do?
