Support VS Bot lane mage

So i just had a game were I queued as ADC because its a roll I am trying to pickup. All was going normal I locked in Ashe and the support locked in Lux. It was a normal lane comp for the elo i am in and ive seen it plenty of times. The lane started off normal but she was using her E on the cs and it was messing up my timing so i asked her "Can you stop attacking the minions it is making it harder to last hit" she kept at it so I asked again to stop she again no response so i decided this was just going to be one of those games i were i was going to have low cs (going to be lucky if i get 100 by 20 minutes) as the lane goes on we finally got a pick on the enemy Sona we combo my ult with her Q and she gets killed really fast Lux gets the kill. I say good job because i didint think she did it on purpose just looked like a case of an accident. Next we get a pick on the enemy adc but this time i had it by all means but she then auto'd them one last time taking the kill i responded with a "Lux I need kills too lol" no response. Que her doing the same thing 6 more times i am now a 1/2/7 ADC I was no longer having fun but I didint give up in fact i was the first one to vote no when our top was started the vote since he was having a hard time with the enemy Darius. Even though i was useless due to having no dmg due to not being able to buy items we still had a chance because the Lux was fed 9/4/3 at the time of the ff. I was kind of tilted and i typed "Lux next game just play mid" she finally responded with a "?" I then said "You made me miss alot of cs and you took all the kills in our lane" she then went on to tell me that she knew i was bad because i was in bronze 3 so she needed to carry so she took the cs and kills. At this point my team even said Lux thats not how it works. I even looked up her rank and she was only one elo ahead of me. I just want to know if she even did something reportable I chose to just put negative attitude. She made me useless and ruined my game but the worse part is she was not even a bad player just a bad teammate
