Struggle down here with this dynamic queue

I'm in silver 4 these guys are freaking horrible. Literally bronze carried up. I can't leave them alone without them feeding and they don't even know how to farm or push lanes. Ridiculous games when u go solo. Plat 5 on my main these scrublords are just horrible.
