Signs of a riot rig when queuing solo
I have found pretty reliably, if you have to wait 5 min to get in a game as a solo ranked game you are going to get rigged.

Yes, that means you've been assigned to a group (probably with a large premade), and the reason the queue is taking so long is because it's looking for another premade of similar size to place against you.

You should keep exiting the queue and rejoining rather than waiting for that long.
