Normal/Ranked Qeues

I don't know if it is just me or not but over the past 5-6 days i have been playing with kids in lower elo's and in 3 of my last 4 games i have played, i have one person from each game afk. I don't know what the deal with this is, but i cant even enjoy the game when every single game i join or make someone has afked. Check my match history whatever but it is something that has got to be fixed, is worse punishment for abandons. Like 4/4 games really.. and this is all in one night. And as far as ranked qeues, yea i am in promos from silver 1 to gold 5 but i have been playing with bronze 3, 4 and 5 players in my last games and I don't understand. Can someone help me out here?
