Tahm Kench Trollers

So, as Uberdanger has shown, Tahm Kench is the biggest troll in the game. You can throw a low hp teammate into anything or the enemy fountain or team and kill them. The worst part is, you get the gold for it! To counteract this, I propose that you lose gold every time you team kill as tahm kench, in an amount proportionate to the amount you would have gotten for team killing that person. Also, perhaps if you try to throw a low hp teammate, you die instead? Maybe just make it so you can't throw them at all if they would die from the damage. What are your thoughts?
