Garen Damage
How do you calculate Garen damage, his e spin move can do single target damage increasing it but also crit for more so does infinity edge increase damage too? How much damage will a spine do with tri-force and four infinity edges?

Zero, because you instantly died before you touched anything.
You can test it in pratice tool. I'd go Triforce, 3 IEs, and a Phantom Dancer for some extra MS and a shield.
