his item build path allows him to get so mcuh cdr and he just has so much base damage. i first time played hm in diamond elo and was 1v1ing the adc late game.
although hes fun as fuck, hes super strong as well.
his laning phase is pretty ridiculous because of base damage, stun, and his ability to bring his jungler with a portal if ur bot pushes up or whatever. his q damage is absurd early and hsi aa damage is strong as well.

I can't stand when I use him and full health allies just run over the health shrines and never let them mature, or they do the exact opposite and never walk over them forcing me to cast over the character giving inferior heals.
Nahui1 votesLate game, a bard 1v1'ing an ADC on fair terms is impossible. Perhaps you were chasing him and he was running because you had allies, but there's no math that supports late game bard vs late game ADC 1v1.
