I don't think anyone would argue about Rek being overtuned right now, but I wouldn't call her overpowered.

I save the term overpowered for champions that are actually warping the game in a negative fashion. Rek is just a Fighter who needs to have damage adjusted a bit.

Rek gives 30 gold away to supports just to make a basic jump. I don't think she's overpowered. I tried playing her and I got a huge Nidalee vibe(way too much morphing and the playing concept hurts my brain) from her.

Rek'Sai is strong, may need a touch more toning down, we'll see.

Kalista, well... most people realize she's really not that great.
