Sensible way to nerf annie
Annie is the true definition of no counterplay she stuns your ass and then one shots you. A good way to nerf her is to give tibbers a delay time like you did with veigar.

Finn Teh Human2 votesTo be honest, Annie IS powerful but her kit is simple. Simple kits usually mean that they're more predictable. You're able to count spells and know WHEN Annie is going to have her spell.
