He is perfectly fine where he is (at least ap Fizz). If you are waiting for buffs you will be disappointed. Actually i fear he will get gutted like it happened in 5.2 just because of this stupid bruiser Fizz. Ap Fizz don't deserve direct nerfs (ad does however).
