Dual tear Ezreal?

So, I recently wrote a post about how Ryze with Muramana is actually objectively better, in almost all cases (it can replace void staff). This is because, while he doesn't benefit almost at all from the actual AD on Muramana, he benefits in multiple ways from the extra 1000 mana, and makes great use of the on hit damage.

That got me to thinking... No other AP champ that can spam single target abilities will come close to using Muramana as well as Ryze does, since they lack mana scaling on their abilities and won't have as much mana for the Muramana on hit damage. But, Ezreal already uses Muramana. And, all of Ezreal's abilities scale with AP too. So... Can he build Seraph's?

Since you already have Muramana, Seraph's gives you 20 ad. It adds up to 60 to the Muramana passive, but on average lower. Additionally it gives you 180 AP with a full build (around 3324 mana). So, how does that compare to, say, bloodthirster? Obviously, you're losing 20% life steal and the passive shield, and gaining instead a slightly larger shield, but on a long CD. For damage though, it adds almost as much to your auto-attacks (just as much when you have max mana, but usually less), as much as 150 to your q vs 100, boosts your w by 144 vs 0, up to 205 to your e vs 20, and 182 to your r vs 80.

Tested it out in the practice tool and it felt... Alright. Short answer: yah, you can do it, and it works, but probably not the best. Depends a lot on how much of your damage you usually get from auto-attacks. It probably comes out to higher dps than an actual ad item, but the mana shield is also probably not quite as good as the passive/active/lifesteal on whatever item you're giving up to fit Seraph's in (bloodthirster, botrk, mercurial scimitar, maw). Also, just like Ryze doesn't have any armor pen to help out Muramana damage, the added damage to ezreal's w, e, and r won't benefit from LW or LDR. But, also like Ryze, while that hurts you vs tanks that stacked both MR and armor, it helps against the ones that only stacked armor (MR for Ryze). It also makes w and e much more important parts of your damage rotation... Which increases skill cap, and makes you even weaker when you're low on mana.

Also interesting, botrk active triggers Muramana damage! That's handy. And also means Seraph's adds up to 60 damage there too :p

My guess is that it takes too long to stack, since the second tear wouldn't stack before the first is completed. Also Tear Ezreal already has a weak early, a second tear would just push his powerspike further. Although i agree that in theory it could be really strong.
