[GAMEPLAY] AP Shyvana inconsistent tower damage

There's a definite issue with AP Shyvana's tower damage in dragon form: the second attack from q deals physical damage with no bonuses from AP.

There's also what appears to be an issue in regular form: the second attack deals magic damage with the AP bonus, but not reduced for the fact that it's a q attack (so both hits deal the same damage regardless of skill rank).
