Idea to improve role calling

Hello,

This is my idea to help improve role calling. When you enter the lobby, before bans and champ select, there are buttons that represent the roles, (ADC or Marksman, top, mid, jung, and support) and you click the one you want and the system records who picked the role first. These buttons would be located in the area where champs are selected. Record who got what role in the chat or a side window? This would increase the pre-game lobby time by maybe 30 seconds.

Also, I know there are going to be dodgers because of people didn't get said roll they wanted. However, I'm not sure how to counter them. Maybe increase the dodge penalty and put the group in a que to pick up a person who qued alone?
