Dynamic queue vs soloq

It feels unfair that you can get matched up/with premade teams of 4 against the same. because the power for 1 guy to simply carry out the game is diminished or expanded depending upon wether your team is good, your team is even with enemy team, your team sucks or enemy team sucks. You can't do shit, basically all you can do is try and go even, but even then, the soloq tactics doesn't apply to theese kinds of games, so how do you know which ones you're playing in? Seems like total bllshit to me :/
