[GAMEPLAY] Corki package lasting 10 seconds

Hi guys!

So i played Corki my last game, and after killing baron, i went back picked up package, and went towards last standing enemy tower, when i got halfway in, i looked at my buffs to see how much time was left, and i saw that package was almost over, so i thought wtf?

Looking at my timer from when i picked it up, it lasted 10 seconds. I could still cast it but didn't. Please look into this, and i might repost with a video in a sec.
