anyone else notices this tendancy?

If I queue as top or jungle, I always get dummies as teamates and lose 90% of my games because other lanes feed so ahrd its unplayable

but If I queue as mid or bot lane, then I win 90% of my games because my teamates are suddendly better than the enemy team and all lanes are winning

anyone else?
