Fiddlesticks is extremely under-powered

Fiddlesticks vs ANYONE level one draining the opponent, Fiddlesticks dies every time. What is the point of drain if you can't outdrain even the lowest damaging opponent? It's pointless.

This champion takes forever to clear the jungle. Any enemy jungler knows to invade the Fiddle because the Fidd is so weak and pathetic that's it's basically free stolen buffs or kills. The only thing Fidd can do is fear and try to run away before the fear wears off. If he stays to fight he die, period.

His ult is some kind of bad joke. Most champions are tanky enough to just ignore it. It is easily canceled with the smallest amount of CC.

A champion this squishy who has to plant his feet and channel to do any damage should have his base damage and ap ratios set very high, but for some reason, Fiddlesticks gets the opposite. His damage is just so low he can't make any real contribution.

1. He needs his old passive back - reduces surrounding enemies magic resist.
2. He needs a way stronger drain - you should not be able to 1v1 a Fiddle without CC.
3. The mana cost on drain is a bit high - if he loses his blue buff he's basically screwed.
