Ekko's mana costs need to be higher

With just one Doran's and careful but aggressive use skills, Ekko is far from a mana hungry champ. I just didn't see the need to worry about mana at all. I played against another Ekko is mid. He spammed his skills all the time in hopes that he'd kill me and wasted his mana. I just played carefully and could kill him easily when his mana ran out.

Hate to say it but his W and E need to be increased by 50% in mana cost at least. He's a good AP champ and by increasing the cost of his W and E (His Q is fine I'd say) it would make players think carefully about how this brilliant champ uses his skills.

So you're saying....that by playing a champion effectively, you beat out a player who was playing ineffectively?

Well I'll be damned, if that isn't a cause for nerfs, I don't know what is.

I don't know man. 290 Mana at Level 1 - 960 Mana at Level 18 is a pretty freaking small pool to work with. His Q get's to be 100 Mana for most of the Game and even the E get's to be quite expensive. I think he's fine in the Mana department. It's just that most Ekko's get Crystalline Flask to try to negate this issue.
