[CLIENT] Bug can occur after purchasing a skin, more details inside.

This has happened to me before and usually occurs when I go to Team Builder and switch to a normals or ranked game.

1. Purcahse a skin.
2. Open Team Builder
3. Select your champ and then select the new skin you bought
4. Don't start the Team Builder selection process
5. Close Team Builder and go to any game mode besides it.
6. Once you are in champ selection you SHOULD notice the skin you selected in Team Builder is pre-selected and says "Currently Selected Skin."
7. You don't need to do anything else except choose masteries and runes like you normally would.
8. Let the match begin loading and you should notice the skin you thought was selected has reverted back to what it was b4.

SOLUTION

1. In the champ selection select any other skin
2. Then change back tot he skin you wanted.
3. Let the match start normally and you should see the skin during and after the game loads.
