Bard Questions

(1) Are we able to use the 'Tenacity' passive to shorten Bard's 'Tempered Fate' effect? If so, will it shorten the durration for both ally and hostile 'Tempered Fate's?
(2) How much of a healing boost does Bard's 'Healing Shrine' get when it is fully charged compared to when it is first placed? (3) How does Bard have a HUGE! FLUFFY! WHITE! beard if he doesn't seem to have any skin on his face! I think that Bard must be the most creepy character on LoL to date due to this very same fact! Does Bard take this hair from his dead victims, or is that metal thing on his face really a mask?!
