Guide against Nasus
Apparently, silver/gold doesn't know how to deal with Nasus. Just played a game where Irelia played too aggressive and got ganked repeatedly. People seem to have this mentality that in order to shut down nasus, you have to play aggressive as fuck. It is true that you need to stop him from farming, but in order to do this successfully against a good Nasus, you must do it properly and whilst taking minimal damage. Often times, you'll go aggressive, and you'll take more damage from minions than you will Nasus at early levels. This is what screws the laning phase.
Here's some simple tips.
If you're a melee champ with melee harass; (Pantheon,Jayce, Zed, etc do not count because they have ranged harass attacks).
#1) Let Nasus push the lane. Some people seem to think you need to go full harass mode at levels 1 and 2. Do not do that. You will take more damage from minions. Let him push the lane to your tower. Getting 20 cs wont make that big a deal at this stage. Once your wave is under tower, he cannot farm and he is very vulnerable to ganks.
#2) when nasus is pushing or when he is past halfway up the lane, gank him. Scare him away or try to force flash. He has no gap closers, and he can only whither one of you. If hes warding, he will back off, making him lose cs. You don't have to camp top, just ensure that your top laner gets a level advantage.
#3) WARD YOUR FUCKING LANE. I cannot believe how top laners rely on the damn trinket. Buy one ward. Its 75 gold. 3 minions. A good Nasus will get help to keep up his cs. Especially on the red side, you have the tri bush AND the river bush. Ward them both.
#4) Buy armor pen. Seriously. Any nasus will start armor. If you're playing an AP top, then ignore this. But for Ad melees, start brutalizer. Don't build Hydra first. You won't do a damn thing unless you get very ahead.

Remember, the idea isn't to keep nasus dead. The idea is to keep him BEHIND. If he's behind, the game is basically a 4v5 while he tries to farm. If he joins a fight and he has little stacks, he is only as good as his whither. That's all kids. Please, post your thoughts.
