Fiora : fun but weak

1. literally every top pick has aoe so u cant dodge proc vitals period
2. they all have an actual trading passive: healing, lifesteal ,heal mitigation, armour shred
3. every other top has some form of initiate wave clear poke

the only match up i've seen fiora do well into is illaoi and i feel like trinity force is the only item that makes passive pop. __ how do you feel about fee fees state [fiora-cool]
