Yasuo somehow has double the crit he should have.

I was just in a game with a yas that was seemingly constantly at 100% crit chance. when i first noticed this number he only had a phantom blade and Infinity edge that gave him crit. and at the end of the game these were the only crit chance items he had. and explanation would be helpful. watched replay and he had double crit the entire game begining with brawlers gloves which have +10 crit chance but gave him +20 crit chance.
