Aatrox' W toggled off after his passive

I was not quite sure if this problem is a bug (--> Report a Bug) or a built-in side effect (-->Gameplay & Balance).

Anyway, I have a problem with Aatrox' W, Blood Thirst/Price. When this skill is toggled on (Blood Price) and Aatrox triggers his passive while dying, the skill has suddenly toggled off (Blood Thirst). I consider this as a problem. Imagine a situation where you jump into the enemy team and try to eleminate everyone. One low-life champion remains after you died and your pasive triggered. One "Blood Price" combo could kill him. But instead, you die again because the skill was toggled off. (Well, it's not the best example, but you know what I mean.)

I can imagine that your answer is like: "Then switch it on. It's just for a second!". But that is a contradiction to two facts:

• Every second can decide the course of a game.
• Beginners should have a chance as well. They are not ... um ... smart enough to consider the side effect of the W.

It doesn't require much effort to solve this problem. Can you please rework the Blood Thirst/Price in the way I sugessted? Means: The W stay toggled after the passive triggered.
