Should LoL have seperate patches for low/high elo?

I watched this video and around 12:00 Riot Blaustoise and LL start talking about how difficult it is to balance the game for all players, and it got me thinking that the difference in the way the game is played between low elo and and high elo/LCS is so insane that maybe it's impossible to balance the game for both high and low elo players simultaneously. I think it's plausible to have 2 patches released, 1 for diamond and under, 1 for master+, so that we don't have to see low winrate champs get nerfed due to their strength in high elo, or vice-versa. I'm unsure how much more effort this would take or if that effort is worth it in the eyes of Riot, but I think this would solve a lot of balancing issues that are otherwise impossible to fix.

Reminder that OP champs being buffed or new champs not getting nerfed are both generally due to the fact that in high elo they are not as strong, so you get to play against a fed irelia/graves for multiple patches in nearly every game because you share the same patch with high elo.

I understand where there are challenges balancing across different player skills, I personally like the fact that I'm playing the same game as the best players in the world.

Plus I wouldn't want to get good at a champion just to find that he plays different just because I was moved to a different rank.

Yes it would improve balance certainly, but it would mess up a lot of other systems in my opinion.

great idea until you realize when you hit masters youre playing a completely different game, all the champions would be at different power levels than before and it would ruin high elo

Nope dumb idea it would just lower the overall skill since players would not learn how to play against things. And also it would turn the game into two very different metas meaning if you get high enough in elo you will just be fucked since the meta will be different and same if you fall in elo. 3 do you actually think riot can make two patchs they can barely handle one with the amount of bugs in them.

I think we should just accept that there are tiers of champs that aren't great at all elos, and why should they be? Sorry Zeds, but you know... boo hoo hoo. Rolf-stomping at low elo doesn't make you good, and why should you be entitled to advance to challenger on a pub stomper in the first place? You better start practicing a team comp champ. Suddenly people know how to play against you and now you need a crutch, how about no?
