RUNES - Transcendence Thoughts

I have been obsessed with Transcendence lately... so with 20 Eyeball Collection (30 AP), Gathering Storm (24 AP) and Transcendence (2 1/2 CD items plus CD boots, 40 AP), that is a total of 94 AP at 24 minutes, I think that is pretty strong, thoughts? Does anything else give you more AP at 20ish min?

Obviously you cant do this with every champ, the build still has to work with the champ.
