Ranked LP Stall???

Why is my LP gain/loss even??? It is so frustrating to lose and gain 18 LP each match. This happened at the beginning of the season and then went away to where I was gaining 21ish and losing 16ish. But now it is back to even. Feels bad, riot please fix your system.
