All champions unlocked for practice tool please?

There was an ask Riot earlier where L4T3NCY basically said that practice tool is staying solo, and there are features planned on being added.

I was thinking that since practice tool is staying solo, why can't you choose any champion in the game? For the sake of the practice tool itself, it's useful, because the best way to figure out what an enemy can do is to play all the champions and have experience with all of them. Maybe someone that doesnt own Zed is having trouble dealing with Zeds in their game so they could go to practice tool and just play as Zed to see what he can and can't do. Also, it would serve as a good trial area for people to test out champions that they are considering purchasing. Sure, ability previews and videos can communicate a lot, but actually using them is another story. This seems like a really obvious suggestion, but I couldn't find a similar post
