Features Category

I believe there should be a "features" category alongside gameplay, concepts & creations, General discussion, etc. This category would be for posting ideas for certain functionality to be added to League. It's not under gameplay, because most of these features would probably be more client-based than in-game based, and would focus on quality of life and interface or whatever. Whereas in gameplay, there are posts about bugs, champion balance and the like, in a features category, there would be none of that.

Here are some examples of things that might fall under the "features" category:

Hey, Riot should totally add a game-wide VOIP so that everyone can communicate Hey! Ideas for solving the "not getting rewarded for doing well" problem: more IP for Better grades! Riot should add achievements or milestones of some sort IP rewards for leveling up?

I'm not saying these are all great ideas, but hopefully they give enough of a picture of what I'm hoping would pop up in a "features" tab. If anyone knows this, the osu! forums are a great example of what type of thing would be found in a features tab.

P.S. I know there are many changes coming to League when the new client rolls in, but I feel more strongly than ever that there should be a board section dedicated to suggesting features that should be changed or added to League of Legends. I've got a few ideas I'd like to share myself, but for the time being, getting a platform to share them on is priority number one.
