Annie is a little bit overpowered
I think Annie need a Minor nerf because of several reason including following:
- She is a tanky mage who can outburst certain champions in 2 shots
- Her kits are simple
- She is good in early and late game
- She had no "Casting Delays" if you do not understand, I meant by her W and R
- Tibbers has a mini Ignite and it can be casted immediately without any signs I mean, Aurelion Sol has a warning sign of his ult by a line, so is Vel'Koz on his Q and Xerath
- She has pretty much couple of counters
- She has a very high mana and harass in lane, she has a refund on her Q
- She has an AoE stun which are a bit unbalanced on teamfight.
- Even Banshee Veil did not help, while I play Zed with Maw, Black Cleaver and Banshee with extra G Angel, I still got 2-3 Shotted (late game)
- She also can have more defense item to use for extra without worrying about burst potential which make her very annoying
- Her E gives tankiness while she has a lot of tankiness and a better burst than Leblanc late game
- She counters almost every midlaner and adc
- She is reliable on her Tibbers and E to tank her
- Tibbers is very hard to predict
- Tibbers has ignite and auto-attack which can lead you to half health if you manage to not dogde it
- Her W is AoE
- Her mana cost is very low on her Q and it also refund on a minion, Look, I'm not saying that they should remove the refund but I think her refund should be halved.

To conclude this I think Annie's Q mana refund should be halved and should be a 5 seconds cooldown Q and I think Tibbers should have at least a 1 second prediction line to be dogded, Ignite on Tibbers is no problem and also her tankiness should have a very little atleast 5% reduction

"She also can have more defense item to use for extra without worrying about burst potential which make her very annoying" her base spell damage is bad all she has is 80% spell rations .
"Her E gives tankiness while she has a lot of tankiness and a better burst than Leblanc late game " ARMOR & MAGIC RESIST: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 it's ok but not that much she has short range . "better burst than Leblanc late game" maybe but annie does not have a 4 sec Dash late game .
"She counters almost every midlaner and adc" only in bronze and lower .
"She is reliable on her Tibbers and E to tank her" that makes 0 sense .. you say her E makes her too tanky and now you say that she relies on her E .. wot ?
" Tibbers is very hard to predict" how may times you have to say that "casted immediately without any signs " and "She had no "Casting Delays" if you do not understand" .
"Tibbers has ignite and auto-attack which can lead you to half health if you manage to not dogde it" again with the ignite it makes me think you have no idea what tibb is doing . and the AA of tibb bugs 90% of the time .

but I think her refund should be halved." Disintegrate RANGE: 625 COST: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 MANA COOLDOWN: 4 .... MANA 334 – 1184 that means she will go oom fast just because she has to cs .
